Diagnosis on the Model of the NGO’s activity and brand awareness

While the activity of an NGO is considered often as a non-business structure, it is only the lack of commercial deed between the service and the beneficiary that makes the difference. Therefore, a standard business model could easily take the form of the best way of running the organization.

The goals of our class is to identify what makes an NGO successful through the analysis of the model of its ‘business’ and brand awareness on the market of services provided by either a competitor NGO or even commercial companies.

The training will cover:

  • Diagnosis and functionality analysis of the NGO
  • Team values, language & symbols
  • Business optimization solutions & recommendations

  • Communication formula (marketing tools)

During the training, the participants will also engage in a practical activity which will consist of an exercise on their own organization.

Who Can Apply and How Much Will It Cost?

This training is for the benefit of all NGO’s and therefore we do not set a price. However, if participants wish, they will have the opportunity to make a donation of their choosing on the day of the training. We suggest a donation of 30 RON which will cover the costs of the training.

Members of all NGO’s are invited to apply and 15 will be selected to participate in the workshop. Please note that the workshop will be in ENGLISH.

The application deadline for this training is 17:00 on Friday 4 March. Successful applicants will be informed on Monday 7 March.
